Phoebe is a Registered Nurse with hospital experience and qualified as a cosmetic nurse injector. Silk Mer is her own clinic in Annerley, built around careful assessment and conservative, natural-looking treatment.
You will see Phoebe at every appointment. She talks through your goals, your health history and your options before anything is done, and treatment only goes ahead when you are comfortable.

Medical Doctor & Co-founder
Dr. Anh Tran is a Medical Doctor and Co-founder of Silk Mer, supporting the nursing network with clinical guidance and medical expertise. Through patient consultations, clinical assessments, and S4 prescribing, he helps promote safe, informed, and patient-centred care.
With a strong foundation in informed consent, complication recognition, and emergency management, Dr. Anh Tran plays an important role in supporting clinical decision-making, maintaining high standards of patient safety, and empowering nurses to deliver care with confidence.

Before you book.
Do I need to see a doctor first?
Some treatments need an assessment by a doctor before they can go ahead. Book a clinical consultation with Phoebe and her Medical Team, and they will advise what is suitable for you. For new clients this includes a short telehealth consultation that we arrange.
Is care available in Vietnamese?
Yes. Phoebe and Dr. Anh Tran offer care in Vietnamese and English, so you can ask questions and give consent in the language you are most comfortable with.
How do I book?
Silk Mer is by appointment only. Book online through our booking page, or text 0414 909 880 or message us on Instagram or Facebook and we will find a time.
What happens at the first appointment?
A conversation first. Phoebe asks about your goals and health history and explains what is suitable for you. You decide whether to go ahead, and you give consent before any treatment.
Are there side effects?
Temporary redness, swelling or bruising can happen after cosmetic treatments, and every procedure carries some risk. Phoebe explains the risks and aftercare for your treatment before you decide.

A $50 deposit secures your appointment.
Deposit and cancellation policy
- Your $50 deposit is deducted from your treatment cost if you go ahead.
- If Phoebe or the Medical Team advise against treatment, your deposit is refunded in full.
- Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Your deposit transfers to your new appointment.
- Changes with less than 48 hours' notice, and no-shows, forfeit the deposit.
- If you attend but decide not to proceed, the deposit covers your clinical consultation time.
